Starlet lets brands, musicians, and streamers pay to be seen across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X — powered by people who get paid and incentivized to post viral clips.
We’re turning the workflows behind active Starlet campaigns into a focused web product. You’ll shape how that product feels: simple enough to understand instantly, polished enough to earn the trust of people spending real marketing budgets, and flexible enough to grow with us.
This is not a surface-level landing-page project. You’ll work directly with the team to make complex campaign, performance, and payment workflows feel calm and obvious without publishing our entire product roadmap to the world.
What you’ll do
- Own the UX and high-fidelity UI for Starlet’s core product dashboard and responsive workflows.
- Turn real operating workflows into clear flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready Figma files.
- Extend Starlet’s visual language into a cohesive product design system.
- Design data-rich states that feel useful and credible instead of dense or enterprise-generic.
- Work closely with the founder and developer, iterate quickly, and prepare precise handoff details.
What we’re looking for
- A strong product-design portfolio with web apps, dashboards, tools, or similarly complex interfaces.
- Excellent Figma craft: components, variants, auto layout, responsive behavior, and developer-ready files.
- Sharp information hierarchy, interaction, and systems thinking.
- The ability to move quickly, explain decisions clearly, and improve work through direct feedback.
- Real familiarity with social platforms and internet culture.
Nice to have
- Experience with creator tools, marketplaces, fintech, analytics, or campaign products.
- Experience collaborating closely with React developers.
- A good eye for motion, micro-interactions, and product storytelling.
One more perk
Good work tends to lead to more work here.
We famously keep working with people we’ve worked with before. Past contractors regularly get pulled into paid ad-hoc projects around Starlet, so this can become an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off contract.
