Starlet is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and ethical community. As such, it is crucial that you, as a creator, musician, or brand looking to join Starlet, align with our rules and values. We strictly enforce the following content restrictions:

• No paid NSFW content: we do not accept creators who openly market OnlyFans or any paid NSFW content. This includes any form of adult entertainment or explicit material. We do not permit the promotion of such content on Starlet.
• No promotion of drugs or illegal substances: we do not accept creators who promote, glamorize, or encourage the use, sale, or distribution of illegal substances or drug-related activities.
• No racism or offensive behavior: we do not accept creators who advocate for racist acts, hate speech, or any form of offensive or harmful behavior.
• No scammers: we do not accept creators who have a history of scamming or deceiving clippers, creatives, or any other members of our community.

If you are a creator, musician, or brand looking to join Starlet, it is imperative that you align with these rules. We are deeply committed to protecting our community from any form of exploitation, deception, or harm. Any violation of these content restrictions will result in your immediate and permanent removal from the platform.

4. Data Usage

Starlet may retrieve public data from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok with your explicit permission. We do not collect or store personal data without your consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription Termination

We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of these terms, abuse, or misuse of our services.

6. Refunds

Refunds can be requested within the first 72 hours of subscribing to Starlet. After this period, refunds will not be provided.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use of Starlet after any changes means you accept the new terms.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Starlet at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

Starlet is provided “as is” without any warranties, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

11. Accountability for Compensation of Creatives

At Starlet, we take the protection of our community of creatives, short-form editors, and clippers with utmost seriousness. Starlet is not just a tool, but a thriving platform with a large, extensive community. When creators, musicians, or brands use Starlet to broadcast offers of compensation to clippers, they are bound by the promises they make. Failure to fulfill these promises will not be tolerated. If any creator, musician, or brand fails to compensate clippers as promised, does not pay on time or fails to provide updates regarding payment schedules, or engages in deceptive practices, attempts to scam, or outright lies about compensation, they will face immediate and permanent removal from Starlet.

Plan ahead and be prepared

Offering compensation can be daunting. It is crucial that creators, musicians, and brands calculate ahead of time how they will compensate creatives and not make promises that they cannot fulfill, especially if those promises reach maximum levels of engagement or exposure.

• Always prepare yourself: consider all scenarios, including unexpected viral growth or underperformance, when determining compensation plans.
• Fair and sustainable pricing: develop a fair and sustainable compensation plan that your brand, creator presence, or music career can handle, even if it reaches levels you did not anticipate.
• Be ready for all situations: organic growth can be spontaneous — things can go viral overnight, or they may not perform as expected. It’s important to be prepared for all potential outcomes.
• Build trust: ensuring a trusted relationship with Starlet creatives and users is vital. Do not make empty promises or commitments that could jeopardize this trust.

This rule is absolute. There are no exceptions, and no loopholes. Creators, musicians, and brands are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity when dealing with our community. We will not hesitate to enforce this rule to protect our users from exploitation.

Starlet is a platform built on trust, and we will ensure that trust is never broken. Violation of this rule will also be met with possible legal actions and reporting to relevant authorities, if necessary.

12. Prohibition of Artificial Engagement and Botting

At Starlet, we uphold the highest standards of authenticity and integrity. The use of tools, bots, or services to artificially boost engagement on social media platforms is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

• No botting: the use of bots or automated systems to artificially increase views, likes, comments, shares, bookmarks, or any other engagement metric on social media platforms is not allowed.
• No artificial boosting: the use of SMM (Social Media Marketing) services designed to artificially boost engagement, including comments, likes, views, bookmarks, shares, and other metrics on platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X, is strictly forbidden.
• No fake engagement: any attempt to inflate engagement metrics using inauthentic means, including paid services or third-party tools, is a direct violation of this rule.

This rule applies to all metrics on platforms including but not limited to:

• Instagram Reels — views, likes, comments, shares, bookmarks.
• TikTok — views, likes, comments, shares, follows.
• YouTube Shorts — views, likes, comments, shares, subscribers.
• X (formerly Twitter) — impressions (views), likes, retweets, comments, bookmarks, follows.

Violation of this rule will result in immediate and permanent removal from Starlet.

We take this issue extremely seriously because artificial engagement not only harms the authenticity of our platform but also damages the trust within our community. We will not tolerate any actions that compromise the integrity of Starlet or its users. Any user — whether a content creator, musician, brand, clipper/creative, or short-form editor — found engaging in or facilitating artificial boosting will face severe consequences.

This rule is non-negotiable. There are no exceptions, and no loopholes. The use of artificial engagement tools is a direct attack on the community and trust that Starlet is built upon. We will take every necessary step to enforce this rule to the fullest extent.

Starlet is committed to maintaining a fair and authentic environment, and we will ensure that those who undermine this will be removed. Any attempt to artificially manipulate engagement metrics is not only unethical but will also lead to possible legal actions and reporting to relevant authorities if necessary.

13. Prohibition of Unauthorized Account Access and Deceptive Practices

At Starlet, the security and integrity of our community are of paramount importance. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any activities that involve unauthorized access to accounts, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or tricking users into providing their account information or access. The following practices are strictly forbidden:

• No unauthorized access: any attempt to use, access, or control an account that you do not own or have explicit permission to access is strictly prohibited. This includes using stolen or hacked accounts.
• No phishing: engaging in phishing activities — such as creating fake websites, impersonating legitimate entities, or using deceptive practices to trick users into revealing their login credentials or other sensitive information — is strictly forbidden.
• No deceptive practices: any form of deceit to obtain account access, including social engineering or trickery, is a direct violation of this rule.

Violation of this rule will result in immediate and permanent suspension from all Starlet services.

We take these matters extremely seriously because unauthorized access and deceptive practices not only compromise the security of our platform but also undermine the trust within our community. We will not hesitate to take swift and severe action against any individual or entity involved in such activities.

Legal consequences: in addition to permanent suspension, we reserve the right to pursue legal action against individuals or entities involved in these activities. This includes reporting such actions to relevant authorities for further investigation and prosecution.

Starlet is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all users. Any attempt to compromise this environment through unauthorized access or deceptive practices will be met with the highest level of enforcement.

14. Transparency in Account Management and Compensation

At Starlet, we prioritize fairness and transparency in all transactions and engagements. If you, as a clipper or agency, are managing or facilitating the accounts of others on Starlet (e.g., adding others’ Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok accounts to your Starlet account), you must fully disclose this arrangement to the creators, brands, or musicians involved.

• Disclosure requirement: creators, brands, and musicians must be informed if their accounts are being managed by a third party. Full transparency is expected in these arrangements.
• Right to refuse or remove: creators, brands, and musicians reserve the right to refuse to work with the clipper or agency facilitating such activities if this was not disclosed ahead of time. They also have the right to remove the clipper or agency from their account at any point if they feel the arrangement is not transparent or fair.
• Grounds for termination: failure to notify the creators, brands, or musicians of these arrangements, or engaging in deceptive practices to pocket extra money at the expense of those you manage, will result in immediate termination or removal from Starlet.

15. Promotional Use and Client Showcase

At Starlet, we recognize the importance of the diverse and dynamic community of creators, brands, and musicians who utilize our platform. Periodically, we may feature the names, logos, or other identifying information of our users as part of our promotional activities. This may include highlighting our partnership or your use of our services across various channels, including but not limited to: our website, presentations, sales materials, social media, newsletters, case studies, advertisements, industry events, and other marketing initiatives.

We are committed to respecting your brand’s identity and adhering to your branding guidelines. Should you have specific requests or preferences regarding the use of your information, we will ensure these are carefully considered and honored. Our objective is to accurately represent our mutual success in a manner that reflects positively on both parties.

16. Accuracy of Calculations and Estimates

At Starlet, a service provided by Starlet Platforms, LLC, we utilize various mathematical formulas and calculations to determine Pay-Per-View rates, Prize Pools, Leaderboard earnings, currency conversions, and other financial metrics. These calculations are designed to provide accurate and fair assessments based on the data available. Additionally, we may offer estimated information for different currencies to accommodate users from various countries, regions, and parts of the world.

While we strive for accuracy, it is important to note that these calculations and estimates are provided on an “as is” basis. Neither Starlet nor Starlet Platforms, LLC assumes any responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies, or discrepancies that may occur in these calculations or estimations, whether due to system errors, data input errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that such calculations and estimates may not always be error-free and agree that neither Starlet nor Starlet Platforms, LLC shall be held responsible for any consequences resulting from such inaccuracies.

17. Payment Information and Accuracy

Starlet provides the functionality for users, including clippers, to gather and display payment information such as Bitcoin addresses, Litecoin addresses, PayPal emails, Cash App cashtags, and other financial details. While we strive to ensure that these features function correctly, Starlet assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, validity, or correctness of the payment information displayed.

In the event of a system failure, bug, or any technical issue where the payment display is incorrect, incomplete, or altered, it is the sole responsibility of the subscriber or user to verify that the payment details are accurate and belong to the intended recipient.
